“Finding Your Voice: Sharing Women’s Experiences in the Journey of Leadership” spends half an hour in the company of Lara Kallander, PhD, MAPP, ACC.

From a PhD in Chemistry and much of her career dedicated to pharmaceutical discovery with 13 publications and 23 patent applications, Lara has always been passionate about helping people improve their well-being.

A desire to address health in a more immediate way led her to study for a master’s degree in positive psychology.

This experience and education paved the way for her transition to professional coaching, where she helps others meet life’s challenges with high levels of personal well-being.

Additionally, Lara is a part-time lecturer helping to support the next generation of scientists and leaders.
